Independence and Continuity

Under the new ownership, Saxdor Yachts will operate as a subsidiary within the MBI group, maintaining its unique brand identity and operational autonomy. The core leadership team remains unchanged:

• Erna Rusi continues in her role as CEO.

• Founder Sakari Mattila will remain the Chief Designer, ensuring that Saxdor’s signature aesthetics and innovative hull designs stay at the heart of all future models.
